| The Town of Ulster board has approved an increase in the income benchmark for senior citizens to receive a property tax break. Those senior citizen households with an income of less than $32,400 annually receive a reduction on their property assessment. The maximum reduction of 50% is awarded to senior citizens with an income less than $24,000 per yer. Senior Citizens who would like to receive the exemption must apply with the Ulster Assessor's office. |
