| RUPCO (Rural Ulster Preservation Company) has completed construction on a new condo complex which has provided new owners a sparkling new place to live for a fraction of the cost they would normally pay. The Petit House Complex on Clinton Avenue was a vacant former boarding home when RUPCO bought it from the City of Kingston. Owners were able to purchase a unit for $95,000 to $105,000 after special grants were obtained. |
