| A report that ranked 223 Metro regions in the country on housing affordabilty placed the Kingston New York area as 133rd in the country and 28th in the region. The report included data from the 1st Quarter of 2008. The New York City area was listed as second to last, which is consistent with pattern of city residents moving Upstate--either as full-time residents or weekenders. |
